Palm Beach North

We headed north this morning before another low tide.  The morning one predicted to be even lower than the previous.  Tired of monitoring the depth and needing a break from adjusting our position we sought deeper waters.

The water here is definitely deeper and cleaner with a faster current.  And many, many more boats anchored.

Many of them have had bad days.  A jolting reminder to secure our anchor and double check!
We checked out Riviera Beach and Peanut Island before heading back to Palm Beach North to anchor for the night.

The wind is still relentless but with the deeper waters low tide is no longer a problem.  The day was spent talking to contractors and lining everything up so when we pull the boat out next week, our time (and money) is spent wisely.

In the meantime we will just keep enjoying the sunsets.
