West Palm Beach - Day 2

A beautiful sunrise after a long night.  We were all set with our anchor and then another sailboat moved nearby.  Without knowing our scope they set anchor too close and we kept swinging too close for me too feel comfortable.  The anchor alarm does not tell you when you get too close to others.

We spent the morning perusing the green market (farmer's market) in downtown West Palm Beach.  It was a peaceful way to spend a morning and the people/dog watching was well worth the dinghy ride and walk there!

The kayak did hold air overnight and I was able to "paddle" around the boat with an oar.  Not comfortable!  Paul ordered me a stand up paddleboard instead.

After repositioning the boat to a less populated position we decided to attempt a walk to Home Depot.  Siri said 2 miles but after getting lost turned into 3+ miles.  We did purchase what we needed and then we took an Uber back.  A 10 minute ride versus 1 hour walk and we made it back before sunset.

Rain and wind predicted for tomorrow so we will be sleeping in.  Here's hoping the anchor alarm stays silent!
