Water

 Awakened to clouds with wind and thunderstorms on the way.  A quick look at the TO DO list and nothing pressing since we are waiting on deliveries.

A few minor chores and we set out to visit Ponce Inlet.  It was quiet there today so we took some new roads just to see something new.

We even came across a turtle hatch.  Placed near one of the park beaches, the hutch is available if a turtle is found injured.  It can be place in the hutch and a number is provided to call for help.  Pretty cool.

We returned to the boat minutes before the thunderstorm arrived.  I love a good storm as long as I am inside.  It reminded me of Forrest Gump though with the rain hitting the water so hard it came bouncing up.

 

Dinner and a movie and then WATER!  Yup the floor Paul spent so much time fixing was wet again.  The stairs were taken apart and the cascade could be seen coming from the middle of the boat.  UGH!

After pouring water down every hole imaginable the leak was found.  One of the two drains just outside the door is defective.  It was dried and a temporary seal placed.  And we will start drying out again.  And yes it is still raining hard.  So much for having "nothing pressing".  I am eating those words!
