Colt State Park, Bristol, RI

We are still trying to find our rhythm here in RI.  Some fun mixed with some physical labor and always quiet time in the afternoon!

Tonight we decided to visit Colt State Park.  I have not been there for many years.  We arrived in time to watch to the set and walk a couple miles along the shoreline.  So peaceful.  And busy.  Surprisingly there were not only people walking with dogs and babies, but also on bikes and many were enjoying picnics.

Lots of sailboats.

Dozens of deer.

The boat ramp we used the very first time we put a boat in the Bay.  Circa 1988.  (Feeling old!)  A very pleasant way to end the day after working hard this morning and making a trip to Walmart.  (Ugh!)

This morning we took a huge bush and a tree down in Lincoln.  We started before 8am and had everything cleaned up and dumped by 930am.  (Not feeling old!)
