Family

It felt good to attend St Joseph's Church again.  For almost 30 years this has been the place where we went for strength and hope and peace.  While we were traveling we did attend quite a few different parishes for mass.  Some good, some boring, some short and one was 1.5 hours long.  There were some that sang everything and some that had no music at all.  All were very welcoming and all had a message that I was able to incorporate in my life as we moved around.  Today's message - "when having a bad day, open your heart" and " your weakness is your strength".  Father Charlie always seems to have a good takeaway.  A good way to begin our week at home!

And to end our day, we visited family.  Paul played hide and seek with Layla and we met the new addition, Snoopy! Both super cute and energetic!   A great way to end our Sunday!

The middle of the day was spent splitting the remainder of the wood in the driveway at Megan's.  Five hours today and four yesterday - we should sleep well tonight!

We haven't quite figured out a routine yet but we haven't been bored!
