Independence Day

We are home in Rhode Island. Initially I was hesitant to travel so far on a holiday but as it turns out it was the best trip ever.  There was no construction and therefore there was no traffic.  We breezed through the cities with no delays and we were home before sunset.

Being July 4th I thought I would post the American pride as evidenced by flags flown from so many portals.  There are so many people who value freedom and what the flag represents.

Small towns, big cities, private homes and so many others.  I couldn't catch them all in photos but in the 600 miles we traveled today there were a lot of celebrations!
