ICW and The Garlic

We managed to get a quick walk in before the morning rain.  Stunning views along the ICW.  And with the sun mostly behind the clouds, walking is only mostly sweaty.

Paul then spent a few hours figuring out why the old car was stuttering.  $30 of spark plugs and carb cleaner and it seems fine.  We took it for a test drive tonight and it seems it will continue to be useful for now.

And then dinner with Lorelei and Mori at The Garlic!   It was so nice to catch up and celebrate at such an eclectic and wonderfully yummy restaurant.

I ate way too much but the brussels sprouts - cooked perfectly.  The salad perfect even without dressing.  The bread with roasted garlic - unable to pass up.  Seafood cannelloni - creamy and cheesy.  And of course peanut butter pie - the perfect ending.

It seems like yesterday we were hanging around Daytona after coming up the ICW with the boat.  It's exciting to think in just a few short months we will begin our second sailing season.  Bahamas - here we come!
