East Coast
Today's photo pics are from 2010. We dragged the pop up camper from RI to Florida and then back through North Carolina. In Fayetteville, NC the boys were able to "fish".
I love that Kevin had flip flops on while Scott's boots went above his knees! And they both had multiple "catches".
(I think it was the same, not so smart fish.)
We visited an animal sanctuary while in the area. This sketchy bridge was over a ravine. It reminded me of the movie "Just Go With It" where they run across a similar bridge. Truly sketchy!
The boys room where I don't think the bed has ever been moved since the day Paul and Alan built them. But to take the window out, the bed had to be moved. And of course while I could access the floor and wall, everything was washed.
The girls room had a major purging of books, magazines and puzzles. The top bunk is not made yet since I need the last mattress protector (in RI). All linens, blankets, floor, and furniture were cleaned.
Tonight we also attended a blue water cruising class. After learning to sail in 2021, we signed up for classes to learn more about the lifestyle, the logistics and the systems aboard a sailing catamaran. Three years later, we are still learning! Tonight's class revolved around the East Coast of North America. Next week the Bahamas and the Keys. Both places are on our agenda for this coming sailing season.
Perfect timing and makes the excitement start growing again to be out on the water!
