Over The Moon

A wonderful day.  The weather was perfect and I had the pleasure of spending time with Isis, Rebecca and Brianna in addition to celebrating with Nick and Linda.  I love these girls and am happy they have joined chaos household (and haven't run scared!).

The theme, Over The Moon, explains exactly how we all feel about Baby Calitri.  The food cooked by Linda's mom was delicious, especially the noodles!  The venue was pretty with plenty of room for the kids to be kids.

Brianna, who was "nervous" with so many people, quickly adapted and spent the day running and playing with new kid friends.  She kept us amused with her antics.

Rebecca won the boobs or baby butt game.

And Isis won the Baby Bump or Beer Belly game!

By the end of the afternoon Brianna had scraped her hand requiring a bandaid.  For those of you who do not know, Brianna has a bandaid obsession.  Linda's sister had a variety of bandaids and came to the rescue.  However, after the second application Brianna decided she need one for her red knee that "hurt".  I drew the line and said no.  The result - crocodile tears.  We took the final picture anyway.

I wound up having to carry her to the car and she refused to talk for the first 15  minutes in the car.  And then like everything else involving children, the temporary pout ended.  She regaled us with stories and singing the remaining way home.  Love you to pieces girl!

Thank you Nick and Linda for a beautiful day!  Enjoy the remaining days of pregnancy and nesting!  Love you!
