Shepard Park, Stuart, Florida

After being on the boat all day we stopped to watch the sun set at Shepard Park on our way back to our air bnb.  Super cute park with a "boardwalk" that circled a small "pond".

Very entertaining watching the fish jump out of the water for dinner.

Best news of the day - we found the battery for the PLB!  It was buried in with our motrin, etc.  It is now working and registered to us (the prior owner granted permission).  Go figure.

Worst news of the day - the Volvo Penta pistons we need to finish the engine repair are unattainable.  Ugh!  They are backordered from everyone we have tried with no ETA available.  The ones Paul had ordered and arrived to Marc's?  Incorrect.  So the hunt is on.

Meanwhile today was stunningly gorgeous.  I am barefoot and in shorts.

We scrubbed the outside of the boat and boy was she dirty!  She looks shiny now!

And Happy Birthday Danny!  Danny, definition = anything with wheels or an engine!

Always a good sport!

I actually cannot remember ever seeing this photo prior to today.  I am assuming this is a Kevin/Danny thing?
Hope you had an awesome day!
