Traveling South

A beautiful day to travel.  We had a short stop in Charleston (first time) and watched the sun set from our seats while we waited for the plane to reload.

From Warwick (31') to South Charleston (61') to Palm Beach (73') we were more than glad to get off the plane.  The flying was good, the landings were good but the car rental went awry.  Two days ago we were notified that Paul's Visa was compromised.  Ugh!  The card was cancelled but now we only have my card and all reservations were done on his card.  After more than 20 minutes, Enterprise was finally able to add me as the primary driver and issue us a new contract at the promised rate.  (Paul gets an awesome discount having been a valued employee!)

A quick dinner, package pickup at Marc's and we are finally settled at the Air BNB in Fort Pierce.  The only problem - all our toiletries and clothes are on the boat.  Ugh!

The plan - head to the boat first thing in the morning.  Start on our to do list.  Head to the market and start provisioning.  Touch base with the mechanics.  Continue planning our travel route for the season.
