Ponce Inlet

A glorious 82 today!  We decided to pack a lunch and head to the beach.  Volusia County has instituted a new parking policy.  $20 per spot regardless of what time you arrive or how long you stay.  Not happening!  We have skirted around the issue and taken chances and come up with some inventive parking.  Today we parked in a free spot (for the science center) and walked the "short" distance to the beach at Ponce Inlet.

We passed the boat ramp on the way back hoping for some entertainment.  Sadly it was quiet but beautiful.  And I have never seen an etiquette sign for boat ramps!  Kudos to the person who developed this!  Dilly-Dally?  Hog?  Love it!

The new plan - meet with the mechanic Saturday morning.
