Sightings in Stuart

 Things we saw today:

On our way to the Farmer's Market:

A green parrot (no pic unfortunately) flying through the side streets.

A train whizzing by at 80 mph (we hear them all day long).

A blue pig outside a BBQ restaurant.

A Sacred Ibis hanging in the drainage ditch.

Vultures waiting for a break in the traffic to clean up roadkill.

A neighbor showering in his cockpit, wearing a bathing suit (no pic taken!) while we sat out back watching the sunset.

After walking almost 4 miles, baking sourdough banana bread and cleaning both bathrooms (my least favorite chore ever!) we spent the afternoon relaxing.

The plan - practice sail tomorrow morning and continue watching the weather.
