Stagnant in Stuart

Today was warm (89) and though calm at dawn, the winds kept us cool enough in the afternoon.  Bits of rain kept us active opening and closing the hatches.

We cleaned out the last locker and Paul installed new snap shackles at our reefing points on the mainsail.

                                                        What pretty bowlines he ties!

An email from our insurance agent clarifying that we do not live on the boat, but only stay on the boat when sailing.  Whatever that means.  So we sail from January to July and live in Lincoln, RI the remainder of the year.  Semantics.

Still checking the weather.  We're not looking for perfect but looking for comfortable.

The book I picked up today had a "tag' on it - bookcrossing.com with an ID number.  The book has traveled from SC to RI to Florida and can be tracked and reviewed on the website.  Pretty interesting.
