Daytona Flea Market
We wound up at the Daytona Flea Market this morning. If I only had a yard! Or the boat were bigger!
A whole safari and no feeding or cleanup required!Only $3400 for a horse fountain!
Sometimes we are in the right place at the right time. While Paul was cutting the stainless steel backsplash at Don's yesterday morning, we were approached by a tree trimming professional. Polite, well priced and most importantly - non aggressive. After checking with Don to make sure he was okay with his tree being pruned, Jeremy was hired. Promptly this morning his crew was ready to go. Quick, efficient and cleaned up perfectly. The tree should be happy with no more dead or diseased limbs and no moss hanging on!
While I did some cleaning, reading and editing of pictures, Paul continued to work on the engines. The Volvo Penta team have been in the marina working on the 93 foot yacht across the water from us. Paul grabbed a business card and we have an appointment with a technician on Monday. There are still problems with the port tachometer (no longer works) and maybe the muffler. The starboard engine has a continued leak and the crank pulley was damaged and has started eating belts. So frustrating.
The weather was cooler today (mid 80s) and the sun was out for most of the day. Kelly is starting our cushions in the morning since all our materials have arrived! I am super happy with our choices and cannot wait to see how nice they look in the cockpit!
