More Progress
The highlight of my day - when we stopped at the library for a quick print for my Cutco knife return, I grabbed the Fedex packages on their stoop and brought them inside. I received instant Karma back - Paul was only charged 10cents for the print job instead of the $7.80 the previous visit (different staff).
My challenge today - keeping boredom at bay while Paul worked with Mike. Thankfully he cut many wooden discs which I have continued to experiment with different paints, colors, layers. (The house now smells delightfully like paint!) I kept the fire going, finished a book and did a bit of cleaning.
I am grateful for Mike continuing to show up and work until the sun disappears every night. Today he brought the smaller stone fill and spread throughout the site with the excavator while Paul utilized the aluminum rake to level. Dirty, dusty work.
