More Framing

With little to no wind today, the temperature was much warmer.  Snow melted resulting in slush and mud everywhere.  Fenway did not like the snow sliding off the roof and crashing onto the deck intermittently.    He has become adjusted to workers in the yard and although he maintains a watchful stance in the window, he rarely barks.

By lunch the wires we braided were mostly in place.  Each beam needed to be plumbed and then the nuts tightened.  A tedious process that ensures the building is square.

The box is slowly being emptied.

And then quitting time.  One roof purlin (follow the arrow) has been installed on the farthest corner.  Only 19 more to go!

All wrapped up for the night.

We have completed the remaining braiding on the last 4 cables for installation tomorrow.  Now dinner and a movie!
