Good Night in Vero Beach

A good night here in Vero Beach.  And as it turns out - our last night in Vero Beach.  We have a dock reserved in Fort Lauderdale and is ready now.  So, we leave first thing in the morning.  With good weather predicted we should arrive sometime on Friday.

Word of the day - culminate.  To reach the end of something.  Appropriate.

The day was spent sorting and packing.  A trip to the marina twice in the dinghy with donations (books, DVDs), trash (rusted beach chairs, broken items and worn out items) and laundry (one last batch!).

                                                                Empty shelves.

                                                    Lots of "sucky" bags.

This morning we awoke to colder than usual.

But definitely not as cold as RI!

Thank you Scott for sharing!

Thank you Karen for sharing with Marc who shared with me!

There is a piece of me that kind of wishes we were there!  Nothing says cozy like getting warm after shoveling snow!  Cold I can do without.  When it comes with this much snow - I can enjoy!

The plan - early departure and hopefully make 41 miles.
