After a morning of running around getting things done - Goodwill, bank, library and dog "walking" - we meandered to Connecticut to purchase a new motor for the air compressor. A gorgeous ride through the middle of nowhere. But there were tag sales (AKA yard sales). But there was barely anything interesting at any of them. Still nice way to enjoy the cool, sunny day.
Lamps with mumps AND measles - very hard to find! Maybe insert your toes but not foot, maybe a pillow?
A very late afternoon visit to Pine Road to see if new pieces worked in compressor (not). I did a little raking while waiting - enough to fill two wheelbarrows with acorns. And watched Brianna scooter and ride her bike. She only fell once but there was no blood! This girl never stops moving!
And here we go down Memory Lane again on Pine Road.
Megan (same house in background as today's photo) Megan with enough protection to prevent all injuries!

We were lucky to be on a dead end road with little to no traffic. The kids had plenty of room to ride, scooter etc. Anyone who wound up on the road had the kids lining up and staring. Brianna actually places red cones in the road to warn drivers she is in the road. (Only two houses have neighbors who would pass the riding zone.)
