A Ride and a Wall

Another beautiful day.  We biked to lunch with friends by the river.  It was nice to eat outside while watching boats slide by on the water.

I think it's the same bird as yesterday but a different dock line.
I am going to name him Sal.

Even Barbie was enjoying the sun.

                                            So peaceful.

The ride there and back was easier today,  Traffic was sporadic and there were a few more people out and about.  We traveled down South Peninsula there and South Atlantic for the return trip (for a different view).

After a brief rest at the house we completed the project we started this morning.  We picked up stones to build a wall to encircle the sprinkler plumbing at Home Depot.  (A great upper body workout!)  Paul assembled the wall while I stood by being supportive (aka reading a great book and cooking dinner).
                                                        Before and after.

Leveling the stone was the most tedious task.  The middle will be filled and truly completed next week.  (Unless of course Quiet Time becomes seaworthy!)
