Bring On the Monday Magic!

 I used to dread Mondays.  Not anymore. Today was so low key and perfect.  Of course when the day begins with helping Megan with Charlotte there can only be happy and positive vibes.

Breakfast with Kevin at Everybody's Favorite - yummy.  Followed by trips to the stupid market - no real issues.  Then Walmart - in and out without delay.  The car wash - Royal Car Wash on Mendon Road in Cumberland does such a great job - and FAST!  Some quiet time (with Maddy keeping my toes warm).
Then dinner out at Spumoni's.  Food - yummy.  Service a bit slow but the waitress' personality - very friendly and kind - made up for it.  And of course the company - lots of laughs.

 I am so, so happy for these guys!   Love you all!  The photos capture the happiness and love perfectly!  And that kid - how adorable and enchanting and priceless!  A simple ceremony in Maine including snow - doesn't get much better than that! Meanwhile Paul and I are still at the marina dock.  Last night I mentioned breaking the washing machine.  Then I thought I broke the toilet (or forgot how to use a marine toilet).  Turns out the water pump died causing the washer to become confused and the toilet not to fill properly.  Ugh.  We have a foot pump for water at the kitchen sink so we made do last night and then went to bed. This morning Paul switched out the pump for the spare we had on board.  Another spare has been ordered and we will grab from Marc's when we get to Palm Beach. Welcome Home Charlotte

 Welcome home Charlotte!                                               Charlotte dressed for the season! My plan today - spend a couple hours finishing laundry, horse care and dishes at Megan and TJ's.  First task - check in with Mark, the farrier.  Though neither horse has shoes, their hooves still grow and require trimming every 7-8 weeks.  Both horses are easy and Mark was done quick.  Thank you Rebecca for completing morning care and field mucking.   I moved to the house where I found the dishes done  (Thank you again Rebecca!).  Okay, I'll make a quick batch of pineapple salsa and toss in a quick load of laundry.  That's when my day turned in to something I never would have imagined.  There was no water!  I ran out to the barn to check the water hadn't been running continuously and the...
